Ingredients:
Wheat Flour (Contains: Caclium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Whey Powder (Milk), Acid Casein (Milk), Sodium Carbonate, Disodium, Phosphate, Maize, Dtarch, Dried Whole Egg Powder, Salt, Colour (Annatto)
Add 40ml of milk or water to a bowl/shaker then add 1 tablespoon (15g) to the liquid and mix/shake. Leave to rest for 1 to 2 minutes before adding to a preheated not stick pan with a light oil. Cook gently for 1.5 minutes on each side.
